EXPANSION AT STEINDLER ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC (SOC)

We are pleased to announce that in the Spring of 2010 an additional 7,000 square feet of space was added to Steindler Orthopedic Clinic for use in the provision of clinical services.  This expansion, which was made as preparation to accommodate an additional five new providers (3 additional physicians and 2 additional physicians' assistants), and to allow for greater flexibility and expansion of the schedules of existing physicians and physicians' assistants, increased the number of exam rooms from the original 29 to 46, greatly enhancing SOC's ability to meet the needs of patients.  The expansion also involved the expansion of the surgery scheduling, administrative support, and information technology support areas of the clinic building. 

Steindler Orthopedic Clinic will once again have a Physiatrist  M.D. (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialty) on board beginning August 1, 2010:  Frederick J. Dery, Jr., M.D.

Brent W. Whited, M.D., a specialist in total joint replacement, will be joining SOC on August 23, 2010, and physicians' assistants, Quinn Kurtz, P.A. and, Reed Trettin P.A., will be coming in June and August, respectively.
